The Sandbanks ferry company has announced that the sale of paper books of tickets for cars, vans, lorries,
buses & coaches will come to an end on 31 March 2022, while stocks last. Tickets will continue to be sold
from the toll booths and the office until then.
Jason du Toit, Managing Director of the Sandbanks Ferry Company, said: “Our Sandbanks Ferry Toll Card
(SFTC) system is fully operational and available to all. The paper tickets will no longer be available for
purchase for vehicles, however the SFTC system continues the discounts offered for bulk purchases.
“SFTC’s registered with a BH postcode can still have an additional ‘dependant’ card on their account, for
sharing passes. All paper tickets that have been purchased will remain valid. Once we have sold our
remaining stock of tickets, no more will be printed. We will continue to offer paper books of tickets for
pedestrians, bicycles and motorcycles.”
SFTC’s are available free of charge from the Ferry Office and the Toll Booths on Ferry Road. Further details
